- Manufacturer of operating room (OR) Mobile Table Tops - The novelty of mobile OR table tops in the North American market was forcing the staff of their manufacturer to repeatedly visit customers to train recently hired staff. Twin Peaks Group recommended and developed a process based on rigorous training of a limited number of hospital trainers at the manufacturer's US headquarters, and followed by a single reinforcement session at the customer site. As a result, the customer acquired better trained staff, and the manufacturer reduced its overall training expenses.
